Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
All our products are carefully inspected and packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable domestic shipping options via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please allow additional time during holidays or high-volume periods. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier backlogs or inclement weather.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information is usually updated by the carrier within 24 to 48 hours.
5. Delicate Items & Weather Policy
Because candles are sensitive to extreme heat, we take precautions when packing. However, we cannot entirely control transit conditions. If your candles arrive damaged or severely melted due to transit temperatures, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If you receive a damaged order, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and reach out to us right away. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the matter.
